Career and projects
- 2009–2013 — worked at a special education school for children with hearing and visual impairments in the Tula region.
- 2009–2016 — Head of the Vocal Department and teacher at a School of Arts.
- Since 2014 — founder of the private music school VIKTORY in Voronezh.
- 2014–2019 — conductor of the youth choir “Akkord”.
- 2019 — founder of the JazzParty rooftop jazz concert venue.
- Since 2019 — lecturer for the music education project “Music for Breakfast” for children and adults.
- 2024 — founded the international Restart Competition in Cyprus.
Experience and achievements
For more than 15 years, Viktoriia has worked with children and young people and has coordinated creative and educational camps. She holds two higher-education degrees in music.
She has collaborated with renowned musicians and artists including Karina Kozhevnikova, Mr. Melvin, Isabel Kese, Leonid Vintskevich (Jazz Province project), Eve Cornelious, Arkady Shilkloper, Karios Trio, Ronald Baker and others.
Prize-winner and winner of numerous international competitions, including international vocal competitions in Europe. Viktoriia’s students regularly participate in and win international competitions and television projects, including “The Voice”, “You Are Super!” and “You’re On Air”.
Author of an interactive music-listening method for children and adults and her own early music development methodology.
