Vlad is an active performing musician and teacher who understands the contemporary music scene and knows how to give students not only strong instrumental skills, but also a real sense of live music and playing as part of a band.
He teaches guitar and drums, helping students develop rhythm, musicality, technique, ear training, and confidence in performing the music they love.
A special part of Vlad’s work at SYNERJOY is leading the Teen Rock Band, where young musicians learn how to play together, listen to each other, explore contemporary repertoire, develop their own sound, and prepare for real live performances.
Through his active performing career, Vlad brings genuine stage experience into every lesson. His classes are practical, energetic, and filled with contemporary music, creativity, and freedom.
Vlad’s main goal is to help students move beyond simply learning an instrument and reach the point where they can confidently say: “I am a musician. I can play with others, and I am ready to perform on stage.”
